Bridge 67 – Terms & Conditions

By placing your order with Bridge 67 you confirm that you are in agreement with and are bound by the terms and conditions below:

Quotations & Payment

Team Building, Corporate Use & Kitchen Hire

Quotations are free of charge and you are under no obligation, until the quotation is accepted and deposit paid.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date on the quotation.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required on acceptance of the quotation.

The event booking will only be secured after the deposit is paid.

Once an event has been confirmed, a certain allowance is made for changes. If a significant amount of changes take place and deemed necessary by Bridge 67 Cookery School, a re-costing will take place.

The remaining balance is payable 7 days prior to the event.

For kitchen hire only, the facilities must be left clean and tidy, as they were found, if the cleaning option was not required.  If the kitchen is left in an unacceptable condition, a £75 charge will be added to the final invoice.

Full payment is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Team Building, Corporate Use & Kitchen Hire

If you cancel the event within 7 days of the date of the event a fee of £150 will be charged.

Since event management is a service, event fees cannot be refunded.  If you are unhappy with any part of your event, please contact us to discuss.

Farm Feasts & Workshops

Feast and workshop bookings are non-refundable  and non-transferable.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel an event we will refund the payment made.

Property & Person

Sensible clothing should be worn, it is advisable to dress lightly as it does get hot in the kitchen.  We will not be liable for damage to your clothing. Please wear shoes with flat, non-slip soles and closed toes.  Long hair needs to be tied back. You will be given a briefing on health and safety in the kitchen prior to the event commencing.

Our cooking events are hands on and involve heat and normal kitchen equipment. All participants are expected to listen carefully and obey instructions given. We expect you to take all reasonable care in the kitchen to avoid this happening.

By your agreement to these booking conditions we shall be under no liability whatsoever, for loss, injury or damage to you or your property whether in respect of any neglect, act of omission by us or otherwise.

We expect you to behave sensibly and appropriately at all times. If for any reason we consider that you have behaved in an unacceptable manner you may be required to leave the premises.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

We can adjust events for special dietary requirements only with previous agreement. We will of course, be happy to discuss the event content and adapt recipes where necessary to ensure that you can safely enjoy your event with us prior to the event date. If you have any allergies please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements.

There may be traces of nuts or other ingredients at Bridge 67 and if you have an allergy you attend at your own risk.

Photography & Video

We make take photographs or videos during events for us e on our social media accounts or for future marketing purposes.  If you would prefer not to be photographed or recorded please let us know at the time of booking.
