So we’ve shown you how we produce great beef and lamb, you’ve probably tasted it at one of our feasts. But we are lucky that our unique kitchen and dining room venue allows us to teach you all about cooking great beef and lamb too. If you’ve thinking about or have bought some of our meat, attending one of our workshops is a great way to get the most out of it.
All workshops last for 4 hours and consist of:
- Coffee on arrival
- 3 hour tuition/discussion/demo/practical including notes
- 2 course lunch
