At Bridge 67 we offer a large range of unusual team building events. Whilst we have a menu of days to choose from, we can design a day specifically for you and your team. We can accommodate up to 20 people.
We had a thoroughly enjoyable team building day at Bridge 67. Jill and her colleagues really looked after us and ensured that no matter how good (or bad!!) our cake-baking skills were we all played a part. I would definitely recommend Bridge 67 if you want a fun day out in a great location.
The Kitchen Garden Challenge
We pride ourselves on using seasonal local foods at Bridge 67. With so much local produce, why not take the challenge of creating a two course menu from scratch.
The group will be split into teams, presented with their ingredients and then asked to design, prepare and cook a two course meal with our chef’s expert guidance. At the end of the cooking time the dishes will be judged by our chef. The group will then sit down to enjoy their two course meal.
The Bridge 67 Bake Off
The Great British Bake Off has been such a big hit that we couldn’t resist offering a baking team challenge.
The group will be split into teams and will have to design, bake and decorate a showstopper cake, based on a theme of choice. Gingerbread houses or Afternoon Tea can also be baked. The cakes will be judged at the end of the session with the winning team being awarded The Bridge 67 Bake Off Trophy.
This challenge would fit perfectly into an afternoon after a team meeting in the morning.
The Italian Job
There’s something great about making your own pasta from scratch and working with a partner to pass the dough through the machine. Then creating various pasta shapes we are so familiar with. Brushetta, risotto, pizza, panacotta, tiramisus and other Italian dishes can all be chosen as part of the menu.
Simply decide on what you would like on the menu and we will teach you. Hopefully if the sun’s shining, you will be able to enjoy the full Italian experience and eat Al Fresco.
The ‘Hygge’ Experience
Hygge (pronounced ‘hoo-ga’) is a Danish lifestyle that promotes contentment and appreciation by taking time to enjoy the moment. It’s about comforting food, warmth, and friendship. At its centre, delicious, heart- warming and sometimes naughty Hygge food should be made with love. Typically Hygge foods include cake, stews, soups, puddings and hot drinks.
Bridge 67’s location on a secluded farm nestled in the Leicestershire countryside lends itself to providing you with an enormous sense of well-being. Sometimes your team just needs space to step out of the rat race and re-focus.
Your team is invited to relax, and immerse themselves in a day of cooking Hygge style foods alongside our professional chefs. At the end of their cookery session the team sits down together and enjoys the wonderful food they have created in a relaxed, candle lit environment, with warm blankets.
The Meat Feast
Celebrate the fabulous beef and lamb we produce on the farm with this special BBQ team build. The team will be taught how to prepare and light a charcoal BBQ and shown how to cook new and interesting marinades, sauces, vegetables and salads, with desserts to finish.
As this team build will take place in our beautiful garden it is only available from May to September.
