Your frequently asked questions answered

We’ve put together some answers to your commomly asked questions. If however, you cannot find what you are looking for, you can send an email to: jill@bridge67.co.uk or call us on 07711 999 620. + - How can I pay for my order?

If you are using our click and collect service, you will be able to pay by cash or card when you collect your order. Please note that all weights and sizes are approximate, so you may be charged slightly more or less depending on the cut of meat.

If you are using our delivery service, we will send an iZettle link to the mobile phone number you gave when you placed your order. Please expect to recieve the link the Thursday before your order is delivered on the Friday.

+ - What if I need to send someone else to collect my order?

That’s OK. Just give your order reference number to whoever collects your order. You can pay in advance by calling us on 07711 999 620, or the persone collecting can pay on your belhalf.

+ - What days to you deliver?

We offer FREE local deliveries on Fridays to the following locations:

Route 1 (Friday Morning)
Great Glen, Burton Overy, Carlton Curlieu, Billesdson, Shangton, The Langtons

Route 2 (Friday Afternoon)
Smeeton Westerby, Kibworth Beauchamp and Harcourt, Fleckney, Saddington, Gumley, Foxton

If there is going to be an issue with your delivery, please call us on 07711 999 620.

+ - I'm self-isolating, how can I order from you?

Simply place your order via our website and choose to have your order delivered, or, send someone in your support bubble to collect the item from us.

+ - I'm not sure the best way to pay?

That’s OK. We are flexible. Just call Jill on 07711 999 620 and we shall do our best to accommodate you. Just make sure to have your order reference number handy before you call.

+ - I can't find what I'm looking for?

Not to worry, if there is something that you would like but cannot find it on our website, give us a call on 07711 999 620 and we shall do our best to help you.

+ - When can I collect my order?

You must place your order before 3pm if you want to collect it the next day.

Our collections slots are as follows:

Wed, Thu, Fri
Morning slot (9am – 12pm)
Afternoon slot (2pm – 5pm)

Sat
Morning slot (9am – 12pm)

+ - What are your opening times?

We look forward to seeing you in our shop. Our opening times are as follows:

Mon/Sun
Closed all day

Tue – Fri
8am – 5:30pm

Sat
8am – 1:00pm
