These sausages give you a spicy hit of pepper and leeks. It’s a pork sausage with a bit of a bite and roar. All our sausages are made with local Beaufield farm pork and are hand-tied by our staff.
These are loved by all as a BBQ favourite and best served with mash and peas. Although, who are we to say when you enjoy these most?
