Lamb and Tzatziki pitta breads

Serves: 2-3

Prep and cook time: 20minutes


  1. Tzatziki:

180gm greek yogurt

½ cup chopped cucumber

2 tsp dill

1tsp red wine vinegar

  • Lamb or beef:

1 tsp chopped garlic

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1lb/450gm lamb or beef cut into strips

Grated zest of 1 lemon

  • Relish

½ cup cherry tomatoes in quarters

½ cup Chopped cucumber

¼ cup crumbles feta


  • Combine the ingredients for the tzatziki and pop into the fridge
  • Combine the relish ingredients and set aside.
  • Fry off gently garlic and oregano and then add the meat strips and increase the heat to cook for 8-10minutes.Stir in the lemon zest at the very end
  • Warm up your pitta breads and combine in the pocket.
