Bridge 67 – Who we are

We’re John and Jill Vickers.
Founders and owners of Bridge 67.

We’ve both farmed and produced food from a young age. John has worked on the family farm for more than 40 years and Jill has a background in agriculture and  enthusiasm for great food.   We’re also lucky enough to live on such a beautiful farm.  After running the cookery school for 15 years, its time for a change.  Going back to basics, we’ve stripped back to what we know best.  Producing great tasting beef and lamb and hosting events for our customers here on the farm.

Great food is as the centre of everything that we do here at Bridge 67.  We want customers to understand our passion for our animals and our modern farming methods so that they can buy our beef and lamb with confidence.   Knowing the providence of meat is more important than ever.  Try a different eating experience and taste our meat at one of our feasts.  We want to show you how to make the most of the meat though attending one of our workshops where we use our chef Ian’s expertise teaching skills in cooking beef and lamb.

When we host events here at Bridge 67 we want you to enjoy our fantastic countryside that we are so lucky to live in.  Escape from everyone and everything and let your hair down on one of our corporate team events.  With absolute privacy you can be sure to have a productive team meeting.  Or simply hire our kitchen and dining room to create your own options with great food.
